So when Isabel was working here the apartments would register your car for the towing company. Since "down sizing" in the front office it's up to the residents to register their car. My car was towed Wednesday morning. I thought put it on my residents portal was enough. Noooooo I had to register it through the parking website as well. $331.11 I paid. Move here if you want to live with roaches and be without hot water for daaaayyyyys ! Once I move… I have pictures and a longer detail review coming ! I’ve never experienced such poor treatment from staff or management for the expensive price you pay just to live with roaches insane!
