I’m posting this for the second time because, unfortunately, there has been no meaningful resolution to the issue I described in my last review. After I publicly shared my experience 1 month ago, management replied asking me to “contact them directly” so they could resolve the matter. I did exactly that. I’m absolutely disgusted and beyond frustrated with these apartments. We have roaches everywhere, and despite multiple complaints, management refuses to send an exterminator. It’s completely unacceptable, especially since I have kids living here — it feels unsafe and unhealthy. We’re forced to live with this infestation because they won’t take responsibility or even show basic concern. It’s ridiculous that families have to deal with this when we pay rent expecting a clean and livable space. Do better.
I lived at this apartment complex for almost 4 years and, for the most part, had a decent experience during my stay. Like many apartment communities, there were minor issues here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary.
