Deanne Wyssmann on multiple occasions kept me waiting in the waiting room for 15+ minutes during the times that I left work for counseling with her. One appointment I waited for thirty minutes before just leaving. More currently, we wasted two sessions with her for my daughter, after which she told us that she’s dropping us for a different opportunity.
