I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the team here. Daniel is very patient and nonjudgmental, and I have recommended his services to both friends and family members. Whether you go for psychological testing or therapy, Jonesboro is lucky to have such an understanding and welcoming mental health professional!
This office works with many of our students and does a wonderful job getting them in as quickly as possible, explaining test results, and talking them through how results could positively impact accommodaitons they recieve. I have heard nothing but good things from students about their exprience and interaction with Daniel and staff!
Short: Borderline insurance fraud. They pre-billed Cigna who paid $1,785 filed Feb 5th. July 10th and still no follow up, reports or communication. I had my initial 30-minute phone call with Dr. Wysocki on Feb 5. At the end of March, I went for my in-person testing which took about an hour and a half. He told me to expect 4 weeks for them to file my insurance and call to collect payment and 6 weeks for the report. 6 weeks would have been mid-May.
