As can be seen by the new community basketball hoop and the convenient digital locks, they are always looking for the best way to provide for tenants. I'm impressed!
We rented in Alexander Estates for 3 years and had nothing but a pleasant experience. It was our first time in Buffalo, so we were a little leery and cautious when doing a search for rental properties. Holly was great to deal with, and we felt comfortable with our decision to rent with Wyse. We never had any real issues, but when something did pop up, it was always handled promptly.
Landlord was poor, inefficient, and overall rude. Constantly made ridiculous claims to her property and charged damages that were not our fault. Furthermore, she as negligent in her duties as a landlord, such as refusing services on her building. All in all a poor person to deal with. Stay away from any of Holly's properties.
Literally worst housing experience I've ever had. Holly is a terrible landowner who lives on swindling her tenants. She does not send back security deposits, claim random charges, and takes forever to fix anything broken within the house. I have never met someone as rude as her and she shows little compassion. Fails to protect her neighborhood from robberies and enjoys accusing people of misdoings. There is no reason to rent here.
The landlady was super sketchy. Charged for things that didnt even make sense.
