Just tried buying bitcoin through shapeshift platform using wyre payment system and it took my $408 and then said the payment failed without giving me the bitcoin I purchased. Also their phone support doesn't work either. Highly frustrating!
This company has fraudulently charged my bank account for two charges of $255.86 and one for $257.92 today at 5:24 pm today! How dare you charge $513 and I have no idea who you are. Reported you to the bank, will also be calling the police tomorrow to file a report. Also reporting you to the State Attorney General.
On 3/5/20 I had initiated a bank wire purchase for 0.21601116 BTC to be transferred to my BRD wallet. I was verbally told by Samantha @WYRE along with receiving multiple emails from her confirming that the exchange rate would be locked in at the time of the purchase and would not fluctuate. On 3/5/20 at the time of purchase, the BTC rate was $9210.
