They were very kind to me when the e-brake fix didn't go according to plan. The brake levers are still a bit finicky and the ebrake often catches -- I just make sure it's fully disengaged when I need to otherwise it shuts down the power to the scooter (A Nami Super Stellar). They didn't do the other things they said they were going to do like tighten up the stem and put a cable management sleeves over the cables -- I had brought in some spare silicone sleeves just in case but the young fella who took the order said they wou... read more

Wyrdryds is the best, from the selection of scooters to the top notch customer service. I recently placed an order and due to a new shipping safety label icon, the scooter couldn't be shipped by the carriers. Wyrdryds contacted me daily to keep me updated every step of the way as they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I had PMT tires installed during the wait, which was the chef's kiss to the perfect ride. I'm obsessed with how smooth it rides with the tires and how much more I enjoy riding now.
