It was a very bad experience, I needed to change the tire for my kid's scooter, it took them about 5 days to put a tire on a scooter rim. Never called me, when I called they told me they were about to do it. -- I was not aware of your time of service. And we don't recall you telling me 7 days, only asking if I needed immediately. As for the call, I was busy and I responded with a message that I will call when I am available.
