Lived here for a little over a year. If you have nowhere else to go then maybe consider them (or the others across town) as an option. The pictures are almost nothing like the actual units quality, so definitely see it in-person before making a decision. They were roach infested and the management was notified multiple times about how bad it was. Small but cozy studio apts. No stoves. They do have one bedroom ones that are two apts put together that have stoves. $750/month for all utilities plus internet included. Hard to beat or 950/ for a one bedroom. Maintenance is always there either that day or the next day to fix whatever problems I have had. Got my lease the day I took my apt. I been living here since they opened in 2022.
Extremely poor management never once was giving a copy of my lease. Constant police presence no control over the young 22 24-year-old tenants. The management is extremely prejudiced.
The management has no desire to talk to any tenant and try to work out anything or find out the facts of anything that's going on they are prejudiced beyond belief irresponsible never give out leases.
