I am a current tenant and have had a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment. I love the apartment itself! Very spacious living room and bedrooms. Bathroom is pretty standard however the closets are plentiful and huge. Balconies provide wonderful views as well. Keep in mind this is still Reading School district. The building is very old and thus the flooring creaks very loudly especially if you live below someone and the walls have almost no sound proofing. Everything can be heard pretty clearly. Came to visit family here this weekend. The building is really nice and the property is kept up really well. My family is living here for many years and they are always talking about how great the building is and how its staff members are so courteous and professional.
