RecommendedJust purchased a 320 x drive, used on Monday, On Wednesday I notice the door gasket was torn, I called and they told No Worry, they will order a new gasket and call me when it comes in, they will replace NO CHARGE ! Now thats good customer service, no fooling around, no bull crap, no games... Just NO WORRY. THAT IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT ! They just made my decision where I am going to buy my next Car for me.
Bought a 18k BMW car on Thursday that is “Certified Preowned”, 2 Days later I get about 5 lights that go on including one that says “break system”, yeah I want my 16 year old driving this!!!! This whole process has been awful! �
This is our third VW purchase from WVM. Because of our sales person Robert and Mike in Service we will continue supporting WVM for years to come.

Salesman Chris Tedesco and WVM helped me select the car I bought, orchestrated the trade-ins and valuations for my two trades, (including driving me to Danville -1 hour from WVM), effectuated delivery that very same day, including generous instruction time for the new car. Great group to work with.
Since I have bought my last 3 cars from Wyoming Valley Motors, I would call myself a regular customer. In 1987 I bought a 1987 Subaru wagon which I loved. In 2001 I got a 2001 Kia Sportage which became a part of my life for 11 years, until October, 2012, featuring my 2013 Kia Soul. My salesman was Eric who handled my visit and purchase to my total satisfaction. If I have as much success with this "13 Kia Soul" as I had with the other two cars, I'll consider it a home run.
