love this gym. was never super busy early in the AM which was perfect. good equipment and they’re always adding new equipment! very clean and kind environment as well!
Had to walk down a lot of stairs to get the the door only to find it is never staffed. If you want to "see" it, you have to call some number posted on the door and make an appointment. It would be nice if they had "staffed hours" of any sort even if it was 1 hour a day 3 days a week.
Was working in Cody for 6 weeks and needed a gym to go to. They were able to pro-rate my membership fees for the 6 weeks of access I needed. It’s a very clean gym with plenty of machines, free weights, and space. The showers were always so clean and the gym was never busy. If I get the chance to work in Cody again I’ll be back!
I work out here every monday with my Esports group, and it's really fun! My coach is nice, the workout equipment is in good shape, and it's really fun!
