RecommendedHuge shout out to Dr. Heib, Dr. Griffin, And Casper OB staff / physicians and Wyoming Medical Centers OB staff. My wife and I had our child there born Tuesday Oct 20th. There were several complications that could have ended fatally. Dr. Heib and the nursing staff were absolutely on point and kept my wife stable and son healthy. Words can’t express enough... my gratitude to your generosity, concern and care. Thank you for helping deliver my sweet son and saving my wife’s life.

Awful, unethical and below any considerable level of humanity for an elderly lady is beyond ridiculous! This institution employs some very careless and unprofessional staff.
You’ll hear that your sick relative is on charity care, and then tell you over and over “don’t worry about it, he’s covered” over and over. And then send a massive bill to the family.

Will send you to WBI for mental health concerns over problems that you actually come in for.
This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Didn’t tape my eyes shut before surgery and damaged my eye. Refused to get an eye doctor for 3 days which I had to pay for. Messed up my nerve block leaving me with permanent damage in my leg. Beware!!!!

On Tuesday I had my beautiful baby girl there. I ended up having a c-section. I was terrified but the staff on the mommy baby unit made it so much easier. I'd like to recognize Cassan first. She held my hand when I was terrified and reassured me that everything would be ok. She definitely made a scary time that much easier. I just got home from surgery. I have to give a HUGE rave to my day nurse Grace and my day CNA Jenn. They were both so amazing! Very personable and friendly! They both were always happy to help or get answers for me. I was so terrified about what recovery would look like, they made the first few days very comforting and took away any anxiety I had. Thank you so much ladies!!
