We lease our building through these people. They don't plow the parking lot, shovel the sidewalk, or fix anything broken. The restrooms have doors that don't shut all the way, the secure employee only door doesn't shut, making it not at all secure, there are thorn brambles overgrowing half the sidewalk and they don't do anything about it.
