Things continue to change for the worse since Bow Tie Dental involvement. During a recent visit, procedures were performed on my son without prior informed consent or advance notice that they fell outside insurance coverage limits. Instead of providing clear cost transparency beforehand, out-of-pocket charges were presented at checkout. When questioned about the lack of financial consent, management stated it is their policy to notify patients of copays prior to treatment, which did not occur. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and paid attention to detail. If you want great dental care this is the best.
Staff is wonderful! Highly recommend them!
I had a good meeting with Dr Eric. He gave me options for my dental care, and estimates for the cost. He was professional and friendly.
