6 years of dealing with this HOA, and it never gets better. Recently, all homeowners were "accidentally" charged a special assessment fee of over $7500, which was automatically debited from our bank accounts without our permission. It has taken weeks of me dealing with this situation to get it sorted out. This is just one of many pleasant issues I've dealt with.

As the owner of a Landscape Company, I have had the privilege to work with a number of property managers over the years. I have been nothing but impressed by Jennifer Padilla and the team of managers at Associa. They are professionals, and working with them is great. They are good communicators, and understand the needs of their boards and the communication necessary to work with their vendors. I would recommend them as a client and a vendor.

How is this company still in business? One of the worst property management companies I've ever had to deal with. Tacky leadership, poor management, lack of ownership over the associations they manage.

Wyoming Association Services? You "manage" from Fort Collins Colorado, creep up to Casper twice a year to give home owners nothing but grief. Take photos & send nasty letters & threaten. That's all you worthless people do. I was supposed to have a meeting with you that never happened. Clear back in July 2017. We get absolutely NOTHING for the money we pay you. I'm fed up with your incompetent company. You don't deserve one star, you deserve less than negative one!
