Great apartments with good pricing for columbia. Tara, the property manager is incredible. I was here for a few years and never had any problems because she made sure that everything was always taken care of.
I've called it home for the last seven years, and it has treated my family well. It is hard to find rentals with this kind of space and price point in Columbia. We're going to miss it.
I've lived at Wynwood Townhouses for nearly 2 years and it has the absolute best management staff I have ever worked with. They are responsive to tenants needs and make it feel like they actually want you there and you're not just a source of money for them. The upstairs of the apartments can get a bit hot in the summertime, but other than that, they are great places for the price.
I lived at Wynwood Townhomes for two years and it's a nice, quite place to live. The grounds and maintenance are always taken care of and manager is always quick to respond to requests and concerns. When Columbia had a huge snow storm, the parking lot and sidewalks were quickly shoveled. The price is pretty good compared to similar apartments around town and it includes internet which is a big plus. Most places in Columbia don't offer internet.
