Dan and his team were very professional and accommodating throughout the process of selling our house. Dan explained the process thoroughly and laid out expectations for us as sellers right away. Horrible experience. Dan as the selling realtor demanded to know why I, as a female was placing the house in my name as a married woman. He made it clear that he would only work with realtor/me if I had a local loan and explained why the loan was in my name only and what was going on with my marriage. This is even with a very sick current owner with a terminal disease who were so worried about their house not selling quickly. He caused nothing but delays. My first impression of Dan Wynveen is that money is more important to him than effective communication, compassion, honor, humility, manners and professionalism. He has yet to repair my first impression.

Dan sold my house for full asking price. He exhibited the utmost in professionalism and responsibility throughout the transaction. Having been a Realtor and currently in a related industry, I know the responsibilities that a real estate agent faces. A Realtor's responsibility is to the integrity of the process and the contract. Dan and his team did a fantastic job of selling our mother’s home. When we did the initial on site walk through, he was very thorough with the inspection and asked questions for insight as well as setting realistic expectations. Since we are out of state, he was very diligent keeping open communication with us on progress. He called offering guidance and emailed the appropriate paperwork noting where it needed to be initialed, signed, and dated.
