Juan installed our security door with no fuss. He was professional and explained the lock of the new door installed. He also cleaned up after installation. Great work.
Single female house owner be aware!! I would give this place zero star if I could. Bruce who they sent to do the measurements is unprofessional and asked me inappropriate questions seeing me a young single female. He stuffed up the orders and missed quoting one blind. I double checked the order with him on the spot before I signed and paid the deposit, only to realise that one blind is missing when it comes installation date. I purchased two sets of blinds from Wynstan Heidelberg. The blinds themselves are nice and the installation was done well, but it took a total of three months from the day I paid to the day they were installed. The first attempt to install them was about 2 months after I had ordered them, but one of them hadn't been measured correctly and so had to be remade. They also came with the wrong chains. Wynstan Heidelberg takes absolutely no responsibility or care after the sale is done. Ensure you read EVERY word of the fine print carefully before even thinking of engaging with them! We just had plantation shutters installed by Luke. He did a great job, had excellent attention to detail, made sure the shutters were functional and practical for our space and really went the extra mile to make sure that the job was left tidy without anything left for us to do. He even brought in my groceries which was very kind given I had my hands full with a newborn. The cost was very reasonable and the shutters were installed before the ETA.
