This review is on behalf of Ross Bird. I found Wynstan to be very good and great value for the sliding screen door I purchased. John Zhang the installer was very thorough. John wasn't happy with the measurements so he visited in to check the details and made a few minor adjustments which he passed on to the factory. John called a week later to say the door was ready and he did a great job installing it, made sure the fit and operation was perfect and cleaned up be fore he left. That was excellent service.
We recently had a job completed by Wynstan Y! and Jon, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Jon was incredibly professional, punctual, and attentive to our needs. Not only did he complete the job on time, but the quality of his work was outstanding. He took the time to discuss our requirements and ensured everything was done to perfection. His expertise and customer-focused approach made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Wynstan Y! and Jon for their exceptional service!

Good quality blinds however we were unable to close our sliding window once one was installed. Contacted office and date made to fix was over 2 weeks after installation, then that was cancelled due to an installer being sick. Should have been a priority, as security, extreme heat and storms an issue. Still waiting for this to be resolved, no new date for an installer to fix this problem yet. Very unhappy.
We had new flyscreens fitted to all windows. The fitter was excellent, efficient and easy to deal with. However 2 large, heavy upstairs screens were secured by flimsy plastic clips which broke and made the screens unsafe. Despite several requests to provide stronger fasteners, management refused. We expected better service.
