Ordered a retractable flyscreen from Wynstan at Concord. They were quick to take our payment and promised us an early January installation. Zero customer service after placing the order. We have had to constantly follow up and they have not once been proactive in giving us any sort of update. It’s been 10 weeks since we placed the order and they’ve failed to deliver on their promise of an early January installation. They refuse to provide a refund. After months of calling and emails I finally have them installed. I will never use wynstan again. Going around in circles and never hear back from them. So Quick to take a deposit and then you never hear from them even when they say they need to come back again for a check measure. without escalating it through head office nothing would get done. Worst customer service ever. They make up lies to lure you to pay your hard earned money and when they can't deliver you end up chasing and wasting your time and in the end they keep your money. Please stay away go to empire windows they are better service.
Theo is a great asset to the Wynstan Team. He is calm, polite, understanding and respectful. He has the ability to think outside the square and simplify a complex task. The Flyscreens he installed look great.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would give a negative star rating if that was possible. No one returns phone calls or responds to emails. For over two months we've been chasing a sales rep allocated to our job to finalise the quote - but he simply doesn't respond. Tried escalating to the manager of the Concord store. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she has not taken or returned any of my calls. Clearly undeserving of anyone's business.
