Really disappointing experience with Wynn’s Plants & Flowers in Kingsgate Mall! I bought a pothos from them just three weeks ago, and it’s now infested with mealybugs. I called the store hoping they’d be willing to do something about it, but was told they don’t offer refunds or exchanges. I totally get that plants can sometimes develop issues, but mealybugs are notoriously difficult to get rid of, and it’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on a plant only to discover you’ve brought home an infestation. the lady that helped me was very kind and sweet! and the flowers are good quality and reasonably priced :)
I love this shop. I only come here for my flowers beautiful bouquet and such lovely staff can't thank them enough for the years of dedication. 💜
