Three days ago I bought two plants here, a 6’ fiddle leaf fig and a 3’ dragon tree. After a couple of days I noticed they are infested with mealy bugs. I called the store to see about returning or exchanging them, and the woman said they do not offer refunds (which I was *not* told upon purchase) and that we should just clean the plants. I’ve dealt with mealy bugs before and they were extremely challenging to remove, and I’m not willing to risk infecting my other plants. Lovely selection but abysmal service. Was ignored for so long that I left and just went to another florist. Pity.
