I am updating my review to reflect the issues I have had there and am currently dealing with after moving out due to poor living conditions. The apartment does not reflect what a Wyomissing apartment in the price range should be. There were constant mice and pests that were never properly handled. I ended up paying to treat the issue myself because I keep a very clean home and do not want pests. Also it was ignored that countertops were completely unsanitary. Friendly and quick acting complex team! From the office team to every maintenance person, we’ve always had a pleasant experience. They offer community get togethers often and promote positive neighbor interactions. They have caring touches to almost everything they do for their tenants; going as far as sending out safety preparation reminders for inclement weather. This place has gone so downhill it’s such a shame. I been here 8 years. I don’t know how many management they have went through. From 2018-2019 I had one dog, 2019-2021 I had 2 dogs and now I have just one of those dogs and never did I not pick up my dogs poop, the way it’s gotten its so nasty the amount of disgusting people who don’t pick up after their dogs. Tour was great - Gene was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if he is to blame directly, but once the paperwork started, be prepared to wait around for a decision, possibly weeks, with excuses that make little to no sense. It's a shame. We were really looking forward to moving there, but someone dropped the ball. Big time. Reply to comment - next steps? In the office? You know we live 90 mins away. There are no next steps.
