Located in beautiful park setting that's well maintained. My building is old and while the apt is spacious, and in decent working order, it really needs updating/renovating, especially bathrooms and outside deck. Office staff and maintenance staff are great. They respond timely and get the job done.

Let's start with pros: Units are spaced good, enough storage to meet a small family needs, washer and dryer in units, very pet friendly. Now the Cons: Residents will make upgrades to units and management will not fix any of those upgrades. They will charge you but then say it's not there problem even thou thats how they rented the unit to someone. We enjoy living at Wynnewood. We are comfortable here and have had no issues. We do not rate as a 5 because often times it is somewhat challenging (like pulling teeth) to get an answer or response from management. I had asked multiple times about access to laundry. We were supposed to get a new dishwasher two months ago. I have inquired regarding the dishwasher but was told it had to be ordered.
