I moved in last year July 2023 and in less than 10 days, I was injured and had to have surgery 6 months later because of lack of accountability in making PROPER REPAIRS. My doctor/surgeon sent them a letter and they still did not ABSOLUTELY NOTHING until my 10-day post op day. Let me tell you this company sent me my deposit I went to my bank and cashed the check and couple days later it bounced. Call pondview one of there properties and ask for there number and I'm told I can't give you that number.. well needless to say now I'm outta my deposit and I had to put the money back in the bank to cover a bounced check I didn't write...
