I always have a great experience when I come to the Wynne Ford Service department. The employees Laurie, Mike, Chris and Brandy are friendly, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. I love the service with attention to detail and overall professional vibe.
On June 9th 2025, I dropped off my vehicle for repair of the sunroof sunscreen at 8:15 AM after being scheduled to bring it at 10:15 AM. When I arrived at 5:30 PM my vehicle was in the same parking space that I parked in that morning. When asked why my vehicle had not been touched, I was told the technician passed the repair on to another technician who didn't have time to complete the repair.
