Scott has been working for me since the 1990's. He has done multiple designs for me during the renovation of three different homes since that time, and I still use him. He has managed entire projects as well as designing elaborate kitchens, simple and elaborate bathrooms, Victorian facades, balconies, etc. I have given him very complex projects and relatively simple ones. I have known and done project with Scott Wynn over a long period beginning in the late 1970s. He has enormous talent and a very good and creative eye for design. Projects we have done together include numerous home remodels and a number of Victorian renovations in San Francisco. Scott is a top level craftsman as well as a very strong designer and architect. The services provided by Scott Wynn were inadequate for the needs and parameters that were defined at the onset of our working relationship. The work Scott Wynn did perform, the manner in which it was performed, and his responses to our later concerns regarding the work product suggest a significant degree of negligence (see AIA rules 1.101, 3.101, 3.102, 3.103, 3.301, 4.103).
