Seriously run from this agent. Extremely unprofessional. We contacted this realtor on a Tuesday about a property even making a direct cash offer and informing them we were ready to purchase. The response from Amanda Swyers was and I am paraphrasing. "The seller is motivated to sell and interested in your offer but I am out of town till next week. I will contact you once I return". As a buyer, I have never seen a more unprofessional agent. She blocks offers and doesn’t even give counters or rejections. If you confront her she will block you. She wants the entire commission to herself and will cost her clients a sale to get it. DO NOT USE HER!
I love Linda and her husband! She's informative and kind and her husband went above and beyond even mowing our project when we couldn't! She's got a great personality too.
Dealing with Linda was a better experience than I could’ve dreamed! She did exactly what she said she’d do, walked me through the process. My only regret is I didn’t meet her sooner!
