I went this morning to get a pedicure was asked to sit at one of the chairs. I sat there for 20 mins and not one person got started on my pedicure. I was skipped over to start a manicure when I was there before anyone else. I grabbed my shoes and walked out. Not one apology. Completely unprofessional.

I really like this place and the staff is friendly but this particular experience was not good. Went in for a builder gel fill. The nail tech shortened the nail on one hand without asking because she compared it to the nail next to it and said it was too long. Then she rounded out my almond shape nails but not on all nails. When I asked her not to round them she kept doing it. Now I have different length and shaped nails. I just told her to stop and paid and left. After all she did do the fill. Please give this place a try. Beautiful sweetest staffs. I’ve been going here for years and I never disappoint. They always give me the best legs massage and my toes and nails always last and never lift.
