TIPPING SCAM- I tipped 15% on my card on a $66 pedicure and I was charged $83 which is a 26% tip. Get your receipt.

This place has the worst customer service, rude employees that will start talking about you in their language to other employees, if you say you don’t like the nail polish they will have an attitude and up charge you. I’ve been going to Wynn since they opened and will never going back if rude employees that continue to work there.

The lady was rude to me when I asked her to do square nail and she goes let me see I can do that in an angry tone. Well Iam paying you to do it. Spent 20 minutes did horrible job on my nails and Spent $51. She seemed to be rushing and yes not going back again. Disappointed because if you charge customers money service needs to be acceptable.

I went this morning to get a pedicure was asked to sit at one of the chairs. I sat there for 20 mins and not one person got started on my pedicure. I was skipped over to start a manicure when I was there before anyone else. I grabbed my shoes and walked out. Not one apology. Completely unprofessional.
