Spent $130 on my nails and feet + $20 tip so $150 total ‼️Took a girls trip to Nashville and I wanted the perfect nails to match so I gave this place a try. Initially when my nails were done I thought they were beautiful but later that night I had gems falling off after only a few hours of wear before the trip. I've been coming here for years. USUALLY they do a good job. Tonight I came in at 6:30pm for a no chip manicure and pedicure. I guess the women wanted to close shop early because a new lady worked on my feet while the other one did my nails. I looked down because the one lady cut my big toe to the skin and it hurt. Then noticed that she also cut the side of my toe nail leaving it lopsided! I'm so pissed but kept my cool. She didn't apologize but tried to argue that my toe was already like that! I'm NEVER coming back again.

I came here for a mani pedi based on the overall positive reviews. Cleanliness means a lot in terms of liking a nail salon, and this place did NOT pass the test. After my pedi was done, the pedicure tools were simply rinsed off in my dirty pedi water and then put back in her box. I thought ok, maybe she would clean them in the back part of the store?
