I have been coming here for a while and am highly disappointed with their customer service. I recently got a pedicure from a woman there who chose to take it upon her, after being asked to stop and that it hurt, to try removing an “in grown toenail” that was causing no discomfort near my nail bed. My toe ended up gushing blood and she attempted to continuously remove it while I kept repeating it hurt. Loved how friendly the people are here. Bim was very keen to make sure I got the nails I wanted. They even have a student discount! Will definitely be going back.
Our favorite nail place! They always have a discount running on top of already good prices. We always get in quickly, even when we don't set an appointment. The tiny designs on my small daughter are so impressive and my teen is always happy with her nails, no matter what crazy ideas she brings to them.
