I wish I could give it zero stars for customer service. I paid extra for gel polish on my toes and after two days it had completely come off of three nails. When I showed them they wanted to use the same polish again. Why would I want the same polish that isn’t even gel??? Terrible customer service!!!! I don’t recommend them to anyone, dishonest people run that place. I won’t be back.
Love love love Emily! She has always done such a great job on my nails and have been seeing her for quite some time! Highly recommend for no matter the set you are looking for, whether that be a simple set or detailed! She can do it all!
My daughter and I went in on a busy Friday and I expected a wait, however as time went on they did not give updates. Until we were coming back from the bathroom and they sat us at the dry bar and said “we are going to seat you in just a minute”. They then proceeded to seat 5 other people who arrived after us without appointments filling any available seat. I waited a moment to see if they would say anything and nothing. Not a good first impression. We will not be back.
