This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We waited hours and hours for our rooms (booked MONTHS ahead) because their systems were down. They didn't have our rooms ready til 10:00 pm, assigned us someone else's room (terrifying when your room key works for an already-occupied room), and reluctantly provided us cosy that we had requested in case we weren't checked in by the end of the night.
