As a hotel guest, I expected to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. I did not expect to have to queue every morning for my inclusive breakfast at the Buffet. I find this hotel is so regimental that I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing holiday, and for the gamblers/high rollers there are much better/cheaper options in the area. Disappointed �
