Checked in yesterday. They promised to me two meal credits daily as per my emaileven though they didn’t honor my deal rates that had no black out dates listed. Then they said they would text me when room was ready. Never heard from them. Went back two hours later, room was ready. Third, my husband’s room card does not work. Beautiful hotel, horrible service.

Think this may be my 10th stay @ the Wynn & it never ceases to amaze, reach new heights & satisfy. Stunning rooms, amenities, great restaurants & best Sports book on the strip. Truly extraordinary hotel.

Wynn/Encore Las Vegas; you need to formally reprimand your security team and general manager of Encore Beach Club. Chris Donohoe was clearly in line with your posted dress code; STOP BEING BIGOTS, we have no tolerance for your clear discrimination in Las Vegas!
This place is terrible now. So dead and sad. Never again.
