Lost a star for the only 5 star hotel in the world not supplying shampoo to the guest. Called the front desk and two new sets were brought to the room with full and sincere apologies. The problem came when we were locked out of our room and took 45 min to resolve by making me go down 4x and 3 security guards to fix. You really hit the nail in the head by not accepting the robe via casino voucher $100 so I had to return it. What the horrible experience.
Very disappointed! not so much selection on buffet lunch! same thing with desserts very few selection! Not worth it the $35 price tag you charge for lunch buffet! Npt going back there again!!!
My husband and I love Las Vegas, it's our second home (our first being Scotland, UK). We got engaged and married in Wynn Las Vegas . Wynn Las Vegas has a very special place in our hearts ❤️ #mostamazingmemories xxx
