From stepping in the door, to procedure, to exiting- they really make what is typically a daunting and dreadful experience, very bearable and comfortable. The entire staff is hospitable and genuine. Greeted right away, every time- the front desk staff have shining faces and make you feel welcomed. The dental staff is efficient, talented, and also very accommodating. I’ve loved my time at here! I love how comprehensive my check-ups and cleanings are, but also how the dental hygienist explain each step of the process and educate me more on my teeth, gum, and overall oral health. My cleanings with their technology have been so painless compared to in the past and was so great!
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. I scheduled a basic cleaning that was supposed to be covered by my insurance, but during the appointment they took a panoramic X-ray that I was never asked to approve beforehand. I was not informed that it would cost extra, and I certainly didn’t request it. When I checked out, I was surprised with an additional $100 charge for the X-ray. I hate going to the dentist, but the team at Wynkoop Dentistry makes the most uncomfortable procedures as pleasant as possible. From the admin team up front, to the hygienists, assistants & doctors in the back, you feel supported and welcomed the entire time you're there. Any dental anxieties or sensitivities are taken seriously which is a breath of fresh air in this industry! I won't go anywhere else in Denver for dental work. Shout out to Dr. Janelle and Tiffany & Shastin for being truly wonderful at their work!
