Wynford Group is the worst property management company that I have ever had experienced. This company frequently changes property managers. It would months or years for anything to get done. I highly discourage Wynford's services to anyone.

Dreadful. The business exemplifies incompetent employees who are not monitored by management. Not only the hired property manager but the staff dealing with records and the V.P. in charge of Strata Management. Phone calls are not returned. The records clerk works from home and "checks her phone once or twice a week." Terrible strata management. Dave Bassett is our strata manager and he has the social skills and professionalism of a snake. Avoid this company at all costs.

The Wynford management group members are extremely rude to we the owners and unprofessional. They failed to show any amount of respect to owners at the last strata meeting at our building this fall of 2022. They told many people to sit down and be quiet and that they weren’t allowed to ask questions about the millions of dollars that were being spent on projects that which seemed to be at a start still for many months. had Faris our strata manger is very irresponsible and unprofessional. He pushed for the signing of a contract to renovate the Parkings of Woodcroft Complex for the amount of $22,000,000. If you come and see the parking you see that nothing has been fixed, after two years plus. He has not provided the owners with the progress report or what the money that every owner has paid has gone to.
