Just miserable. It’s become a dump. Weed smoke and parties… like living at a frat house party you didn’t plan to attend but at premium prices. Common areas are always dirty and you pay for trash services that come when they feel like it. Spend your money some where else. This is a joke.

Nick & Steve were are technicians and they were so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. They came out right away. Strongly recommend.
Believe it or not, I needed to use the maintenance department twice in two days. My washing machine was making a strange noise, and Steve was able to identify the problem and fix it right away. At the same time, I had a flashing light in my hallway. I am disabled and unable to climb a ladder to change the bulb. I purchased the ball replacement and he was able to change it for me right then in there. Steve did an awesome job and he’s a great asset to this department.
