Believe it or not, I needed to use the maintenance department twice in two days. My washing machine was making a strange noise, and Steve was able to identify the problem and fix it right away. At the same time, I had a flashing light in my hallway. I am disabled and unable to climb a ladder to change the bulb. I purchased the ball replacement and he was able to change it for me right then in there. Steve did an awesome job and he’s a great asset to this department.
Management: Our experience with Wynfield Apartments has been limited since we moved into our apartment just a few days ago but we are already impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the management team duo of Kim and Omayra. Whenever I see that Nick is here for the service call, I know the job is getting done. He is so personable and always ask if there is anything else we need before he leaves. So grateful to have someone that takes care of this community.
The community is very nice and vibrant. The leasing agent Omayra and Kim were both very helpful, kind and great. Nick is outstanding be it any maintenance issue he arrives immediately fixes it and you are back in business.
