-Here's an Update- Since my last review, many of the same issues have remained unresolved, with a few recent changes worth mentioning. On Saturday night, September 5th, our AC stopped working. We called the office and left a voicemail, as well as a voicemail on the emergency maintenance line. Unfortunately, no one returned our calls or came by. I would not recommend living at this apartment community based on our experience. Since April 4, 2026, our apartment ceiling has leaked every time it rains. We reported the issue to the office immediately and were told it would be repaired, but months later the leak still has not been fixed. As a result, mold has developed inside our apartment. We have three children, all with medical conditions, and we are very concerned about the impact this has had on their health. We have also requested repairs for leaking bathtub faucet... read more

Vivo aquí hace 2 años y he tenido varias malas experiencias pero lo principal es que ya es el 2 verano que pasamos aquí y es la misma situación , somos la última piscina en abrir y la primera en cerrar , es una falta de respeto para nosotros como inquilinos y para nuestros hijos más , todas las piscinas alrededor están abiertas hace más de 1 mes y nosotros aún esperando por una supuesta inspección esa es la muela de ahora el año pasado la pasamos entre esa y mantenimiento y fueron más los días cerrados que abiertos y esta pi... read more
