I was a resident at Wyndon Apartments for over 3 years. In the beginning it was ok, but last year got so bad. We had missing packages, uncountable cockroaches, old stove, leaking from the bathroom ceiling and we even got a squirrel in our toilet! Also, make sure you read every line of the contract and every email they send. They try to force you to stay. To not say everything is bad, the location is good. But that’s the con I can list.

Place was full of roaches. Had exterminator over 3 separate times and the problem persisted, until they found an infestation in an empty room. No reimbursement of any kind. Floors are insanely thin; we could always hear our upstairs neighbor and had to walk on eggshells as to not bother downstairs neighbors. Management often ignores maintenance requests and have to be reminded multiple times to do something. Also agree with those saying read the lease carefully. I have never had a worse experience with an apartment. They charge me significantly more than a renter I referred despite the fact that we live in identical apartments. They have ignored major security and maintenance issues. Instead of communicating effectively with residences via email or portal, I frequently come home to papers on my door step. I strongly suggest you read the lease carefully. I refused to sign because they were forcing me to cover 90% of the nice hardwood floors with carpet and padding. If I made too much noise, I would be evicted without warning and they would keep my deposit. They were allowed to completely cover my windows with advertising and couldn't guarantee a parking spot because of their proximity to the Septa station.
