My husband and I found empty beer cans under our bathtub when we had to re caulk because it was installed poorly. The construction crews are extremely disrespectful, blocking driveways, leaving trash, etc. Look elsewhere!
Houses are built fast and cheap, and the construction is a vortex of red clay, trash, and porta johns.
Great community just north of the new 255 loop but still south of the Meridianville traffic. Quick access to downtown and Research Park. New stores like Home Depot and Target to begin building soon just 1-2 miles away along with Food City. Neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and homes are well built and affordable with lots of amenities. Neighbors are friendly with a mix of young couples, families with teenagers and retired.
