When I came to tour this property last September (2011) I initially was impressed, the move in special was a good price and I was kind of in a tight spot. I had to move in less than 2 weeks and I could not decide where I wanted to live. The first few months were ok and then it started getting rediculous. About every 2-3 week's they would post on everyones door an updated list of rules, some of which were as rediculous as, "Guests must show ID and use a sign in sheet with security after 9pm".
