As I'm checking out of the hotel my bank text me with a charge for 262.oo . Front desk said they have no knowledge of the transaction what I'm I to do ? To top it off I requested a late check out since I stayed here for almost a month I was rejected I'm a platinum member leaving here with 100 left in my bank account cuz they took 262.00 out of my account and the front desk has no reason to why or where my money is if I'm paying for another night I think I should be able to stay they said they would charge me for the night in... read more
Avoid this hotel at all costs… their dryers don’t work, all my clothes are ruined, and they refused to do anything about it. The worst hotel of my trip to the US
Our first night opened our door and there was a couple in bed! Yes, they double booked. Awful!
We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, though you can tell the hotel is on the older side. Unfortunately, our AC didn’t work. My husband spoke to the front desk about it, along with a couple of other guests who had the same issue. They said they would send someone to fix it the next day and gave us 2 fans. No one came the next day, and we never heard anything back or received any updates during our stay. There was also no free breakfast. We won’t be staying here again.
