I arrived for my appointment but the door was locked. She may have been on lunch which was fine i didnt have to wait long. It went quickly and i got the results i was looking for.

I have attended this service before and not had any issues. I’m not sure if there has recently been a change of management/professionals. My experience was extremely uncomfortable and unethical to what I believe was not standard practice. I had an interval vaginal ultrasound, the sonographer advised she was going to review the photos in another room, she then left the internal probe inside me and left the room….. I had an abdomen ultrasound at Wyndham Ultrasound Tarneit and the experience was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The sonographer explained everything clearly and was very gentle during the procedure. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing medical imaging!
