Was injured very badly in the spa. Almost cut toe off. Dangerous and no good for kids. No compensation offered.

Location is great. Good value for money. Hinterland view is stunning! Downside would be the pressure to attend the seminar. All I wanted to do was check in and relax but the guy kept trying to push me into attending after I said I wasn’t sure and that we had already attended one earlier this year. I didn’t give him a confirmed time so he said he’ll call in 45 mins to double check. I told him we weren’t interested more than 5 times and he was still trying to convince me.
