My room is horrible. They will not change my room unless I pay $125 cleaning fee like it's my fault. I will post more details tomorrow waiting to see if anything else going to happen.

3 stars Nice amenities and location, but 4p check in and our room wasn't ready till 5:30 & they AGGRESSIVELY push time share. You can't get key nor parking pass without going to "adventure guides" desk which are time share appointment setters. We repeatedly said plz give us key, we were exhausted from traveling all day and waiting on our room. It was still at least 20-30 minutes before our "guide" relented and gave us our keys and that was after I had already said via text and the phone we didn't want to hear the spill and t... read more

Just getting here. More later once we experience this place. So far so good.
The Concierge Ricardo was beyond Spectacular; he was friendly, informative and extremely accommodating of our needs in terms of making plans outside of the resort. The room was not bad everything was in working order. The Bartender Aileen was Fabulous at the Iguana Bar. However, I cannot recommend this resort because they have a Very Serious Mosquito Issue. I could not walk out of my room without being greeted by 2 or 3 of them. At the tiki bar, I received bites that kept me up for 2 nights rubbing benadryl and itch cream. I... read more
