My sister is a 20 year + member that made a reservation over 6 months ago. Check in time is 4pm. we arrived early and notified them. Now we're being told we cannot have our room until 430. Very disappointed in their lack of service and care of their members.

RecommendedNice large condos, clean & confortable. As an owner I recommend that the pool towel policy be relooked at for more convenience. Had to go from one side of the resort to the other to return the towels. It was cold so being wet and trekking across was uncomfortable.

I have not been more disappointed in my stay at a WorldMark Resort up until now and my parents have been owners for as long as WorldMark has been around. The unit that was booked upon my behalf was not ready at check-in time (4pm) , nor was it ready after 6 pm ! And... we were told we needed to wait for a phone call until we could check in after that!
