This place is terrible. Avoid renting any properties from this management company. Louise the property manager is useless. They will do anything they can to not give you the deposit back.
Expect to not get your deposit back for no apparent reason. Worst property management company ever.
Will not return a call that was promised to us as every day costs money out of our pockets. We visited the office in person and was told that someone will be in touch with us about a problem with one of their storage properties that they own; Tropicana Mini Self Storage of Clearwater. Every day is lost time and our income because of no contact from them and no one at the phone # listed.
