Super easy to find, near airport and University. Staff were great. Pool was clean, lots of towels and shaded areas. Food was inedible. Seriously terrible. Stay there, but do not eat there.
Absolutely the WORST customer sevice of any hotel in the world! I waited 2 weeks to calm down before I wrote this. I have been a member, Gold or diamond elite, of Wyndham for over 20 years and pay $300+ per month maintenance fees to keep it. I made a park and fly reservation and they would not let me use the FREE airport shuttle! They said they changed the rule 10 days before I checked in. $20 is not much for a cab but what is insulting is watching everyone else get on the shuttle while me, a member just watched and waited f... read more
Hotel was ok, conveniently close to the airport when our flight got delayed and we had to stay overnight. Felt a bit dated, but the service was nice and helpful. Dead cockroach in the bathtub of one of the 2 rooms. Restaurant was actually good, although empty on a Sunday night mid-July. Pool looked nice enough , but wasn’t able to try it out.
Great place . Had a canceled flight out of phx, airline compensated rooms for parents and us. Shuttle to and from. All went great couldn't have asked for more.
Staff was fantastic. Helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't have had a better experience.
