Service desk should befriendly. And I usually check to see if breakfast is included but it was not. Minimum have free coffee for guest. The restaurant was not included. Which is ok. But add a continental breakfast and coffee.

We ended up at the Wyndham last night following an airline flight cancellation, and unfortunately, the experience didn't improve our mood. The check-in process was cold; the agent seemed either unhappy or completely disinterested in being there. As for the room, it was very basic. The TV was undersized, and the through-wall AC unit was incredibly loud, making it hard to rest.
