Where do I start. The room: old and outdated. Desperately in need of upgrades & repair. The door handle in the bathroom is just about off. The sink clogged within an hour. The hot water was warm at best. The service: I see videos ALL the time about hotel staff being rude and unprofessional. You just never think it will happen to you.
