Loved our stay. The service at the front desk and the restaurant were perfect. Our room was so comfortable and we had a great time on Mill Ave in Tempe
I regret staying here - it was very run down, some of the people at the front desk were rude. The entire place needs a facelift. The water pressure was low and the towels were thin and limited.

This hotel is a struggling motel trying to be a hotel. It's not very clean. It's pretty run down and it's not that friendly. There was NO hot water for my stay. ( Ran the water for 12 minutes got Luke warm for 3 minutes then ran cold.) When I seen other reviews I thought maybe they were over doing it but I was wrong. The hotel had an oil smell Thur the halls, a smoke smell in the room and mildew smell in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken. The title floor in the room was sticky like it wasn't cleaned.
