I booked and paid in full with a repetitive card I drive there from Iowa and the wanted more money for a deposit and would not take the same form of payment I paid on line then would not give my money back so I paid for a room and slept in my car go to travel inn on 90th it a little dated but you will not get ripped off this place is ran by thefts

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My stay in Omaha, Nebraska, was a nightmare from start to finish. For an entire week, my room had no functioning AC, and it was leaking everywhere. The location was surrounded by major construction, leaving you stranded with no decent restaurants nearby. The hotel also seemed to double as low-income housing, which added to the discomfort. The manager Jay really showed great hospitality to my family after a clerical issue. He came and spoke to us showed sympathy and really cared what was happening. I appreciated his resolve and would recommend.

BED BUGS — I would give ZERO stars if I could! We came for a quick little stress-reliever trip during a difficult time, and all we got was more stress. First of all, when we called to schedule, we were told there was no way to request conjoined rooms, as "they were already reserved by other people who booked earlier and requested specific room numbers." We were told to call back the day of. Day of: We called again about the conjoined rooms and were told, "No, it's 100% first come, first served — we’ll see when you get here."... read more
