If I could give this place a negative rating I would, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Beds are nasty!!!! Floors stained, shower had pubic hair in it, Tried getting a refund and they said I have to wait to talk to a manager that wouldn’t be in for 2 days

Absolutely disgusting rooms, stained linens, the chair smelled of feces, pool and amenities not available, there was a used dirty needle laying near front of the building. This was booked online and my understanding was that I could pay upon arrival to find my card already charged hours before I arrived and then had to pay cash deposit which wasn't stated it was needed.

My reservation was randomly cancelled. I called to ask why. The Indian man who answered the phone was VERY rude. All he said was “can you call back tomorrow?” Then I asked why I needed to wait until tomorrow and he said because the person who does the reservations is not there. I told him that was fine but he needed to work on his customer service and he hung up in my face. I’m glad my reservation was canceled and I will be staying elsewhere.

Very disappointing stay. Bad location with homeless and drug addicts begging in the parking lot and at the entrance of the hotel. The room was dirty and we stayed for five nights and never received room service after requesting it twice. We were told to come downstairs and get our own towels, mind you we were up on the sixth floor. The carpet was so dirty in our room it would make the bottom of your feet black and was tacky feeling. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana.
