This hotel was very clean and comfortable with a great location. BUT, the room had the absolutely worst designed sink/faucet I have ever seen. It was completely useless. You will see in my video that the faucet is so short and close to the sink that it makes it essentially unable to use. All the water sprays behind the sink, you can't fit your hands. I don't understand how a design like this would get approved. You may think I am overreacting with a rating this low, but you would understand my frustration.

The rooms are so big and easy to have family sit and visit! Love the location to all the restaurants and shops. So convenient.
I’m previously left a 3 star review after I was double booked for a night and incorrectly charged a “no-show” earlier this week after attempting to call customer support. The other day I went in person and talked to (I think) the manager. The next day I was refunded. As a result I’m editing my review to 5 stars. Thank you very much.
