Everything seemed pretty nice with the room until I stepped on very wet carpet. The AC unit was condensating onto the floor in the room. Kinda gross. Got worse as I woke up in the middle of the night to a constant drip. Then about the time my alarm was to go off, the unit started smelling like it was burning...like badly.
