This place charged almost $1k for a two night stay that should have been about $575. Avoid at all costs! Booked this hotel because we (2 adults & 2 kids) were attending an event at the hotel. Arrive around 11pm to check in. Since everyone is exhausted, its late, etc, my wife asks if we can upgrade to a larger room in hopes that the kids can have their own beds and get some sleep. This Wyndham resort is a great value for the money, I would recommend upgrading to one of the comfort suites as you will not regret it when sleeping on one of those beds....
Horrible customer services and unresolved issues, unable to speak with a manager and never any manager available to speak with. I should’ve paid close attention to all the bad reviews online and decided to ignore them and stayed there . I dont recommend them at all!
